Refurbishment has begun for this iconic building in Auckland’s CBD.

54 Cook Street was originally the home of villas and a grocer before construction began in 1968 for Kodak New Zealand. The building underwent refurbishment in 1995 for NZME and is now going through it’s next stage of architectural evolution to create a centre of connectivity, innovation and business.
